Where We Ship We currently ship to all GCC countries: United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, and Oman.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated Delivery Times
- UAE: 2–4 business days
- Saudi Arabia: 3–5 business days
- Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain & Oman: 3-5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or public holidays (including Eid, National Day, etc.).
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to stay updated.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status.
Customs & Duties All shipments within the GCC are generally not subject to customs duties. However, SELQORA is not responsible for any unexpected fees imposed by local authorities.
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@restockstore.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable).
