1. Return Window

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

2. Eligibility Criteria

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.

  • Items that show signs of use or are missing original parts may not be eligible for a full refund.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@restockstore.com. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 7 to 14 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer's policies.

5. Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
